Missing teenager

POLICE are increasingly concerned about a boy from Rawtenstall missing after leaving his home seven days ago to go shopping.

Chinh Tran, 16, is unfamiliar with the area and ‘doesn’t speak much English’. He is described as a Vietnamese male 5ft 6in tall, with short black hair and slim with a large tattoo on his right shin. He was last seen wearing a black coat, grey woolly hat, and tracksuit bottoms. Call police on 101 quoting reference number 1102 of February 17 or email 4212@ lancashire.police.uk.
