Two injured in crash

TWO casualties received treatment following a crash at about 1.20am on Saturday, October 23.

Fire engines from Haslingden and Rawtenstall attended the road traffic collision on Helmshore Road, Haslingden, which involved one vehicle.

The casualties were treated by firefighters before being placed in the care of North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) paramedics. Firefighters used absorbent pads and a brush at the incident.

They were in attendance for approximately 55 minutes.
