KATHLEEN WILLIAMS

MRS Kathleen Williams, of Holden Place, Helmshore passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 6 at Blackburn Royal Hospital, aged 71.

Growing up in

Edgeside, Kath was surrounded by a closeknit circle of family and friends. She was happiest when socialising or organising get togethers over coffee and cake.

She loved to travel, especially to coastal Cornwall, and enjoyed reading novels, keeping fit and walking in nature.

She retired from East Lancs Community Dental Service after 40 years of dental nursing.

Kath was an active member of Kay Street Baptist Church, serving on the Pastoral Team and Kay St. Caterpillars. She also volunteered at the Bacup Family Centre.

Kath was the youngest daughter of Harold and Annie Trickett.

She leaves behind her loving husband Brian, her children and stepchildren,
