BACUP CAMERA CLUB

-

BACUP Camera Club recently held its first “in person” meeting for nearly two years, at its new base in the ABD Community Centre, Bacup.

A wide range of topics was discussed, including possible future activities and the transfer of club equipment from our former base at St Mary’s Church Hall to the ABD Centre. It was very encouraging to welcome some new members. It is hoped the club’s Digital Image Circle, where club members can submit images to the club’s website for other members to comment on, can continue for the time being.

Further new members are always welcome, no matter what type of device you use to take pictures or whether you are a beginner or more experienced. All you really need is an interest in, and enjoyment of, the science and art of photography.

Meetings start at 7.30pm every Wednesday evening at the ABD Centre, Burnley Road, OL13 8AB, next to Bacup Post Office. For more information please visit the club’s website www. bacupcameraclub.org.uk
