Diary of Valley kids hits the big stage
THREE young Valley performers are among a cast of eight in the premiere of Adrian Mole the Musical currently running in York.
Cast as the titular Adrian Mole age 13 3/4 is Flynn Baistow, 14, with Freddy Adams, 13, as his antagonist Barry, both of Alder Grange High
School. The perfectionist Pandora is Dotty Davies, 13, of Bacup and Rawtenstall Grammar School.
With young Valley talent currently gracing the West End stage in Mary Poppins and treading the boards in this new musical, these achievements have been supported by the superb performing arts training available, with Valley Academy in Crawshawbooth and Dansworks Academy of Performing Arts in Bacup among the many great local companies providing elite training to our young artists.
Flynn also attends Electric Arts theatre group in Blackpool.
