Can you please explain what is wrong with this Kerr’s pink potato?

Fred Woodward A It doesn’t look like blight or rot as the potato appears to be firm and dry. I assume you have cut some open and they are OK inside? It looks to me like something has been eating your potatoes, maybe slugs earlier on in the year and the wound has healed over.

Next year, keep a keen eye out for slugs and lay beer traps to catch them.
