Collinge picks up top award for November
DEFENDER Owen Collinge has been named as the “Irwell Works Brewery” Ramsbottom United Player of the Month for November.
Owen played in all four of the Rams matches in the month and was a runaway winner of the award with some increasingly impressive performances at left back which has cemented his place in the team in that key position.
He received his award prior to the match against
City of Liverpool at the Harry Williams Riverside Stadium from Ramsbottom United committee member, supporter and youth team manager Chris Standring, who was delighted to have presented the award to the youngster, who he has seen develop through the club’s thriving Academy.
Well done to Owen, who received the trophy and the presentation box of ales from the Ramsbottom-based brewery.
