Stolen cows returned after appeal

FIVE stolen cows have been located and returned to the owner following a police appeal.

Rossendale Rural Task Force investigated the theft of high-value

Banded Galloways and Herefords from a farm on Loveclough Road in Loveclough overnight on January 20-21.

A spokesperson punned: “Enquiries are still ongoing on how they were mooved.”
