BIG PICTURE
WHAT you’ve been saying on our Facebook page:
●●A DAD has spoken out about how his two-year-old son’s life was saved by air ambulance crew after being struck by a car. Rob Baron’s son, Henry, endured horrific injuries when his head went under the wheel of a car on Cowm Park Way, in Whitworth, while he was out for a walk. Now four, Henry is well on the way to recovery (see page six).
Hannah Louise: Gosh I remember this, thank goodness he’s making a recovery
Lauren Margaret Rose: What a little fighter! Why our incredible air ambulances rely on charitable funding is beyond me
Brooke Steel Estates: Get well soon. Thank goodness for air ambulance
Kathleen Lynch: Get better very soon little man
●●IF you were looking for a brand new home at a more than decent price, Pugh Auctions were handling the sale of an end terrace in the market town of Bacup. The property in Stoney Hill was listed with a guide price of just £60,000. (See page 12).
Rick Woodall: It’ll need a lick of paint.
Peter Hargreaves: Air n B
Tina Louise HarveyJones: Shame it’s going to auction, young people looking for something like that will never be able to afford it when it’s done up.
Lee Walsh: I grew up round here, I’d love to buy this if I could.
Ian Halsall: It’s bloody madness. Our part of Bath is now informally known as West West London with associated
prices. I mean we could sell up and move to Rossendale and buy a terrace, but this is just not right!
Tracy Walsh: I’m skint hun xx
David Bird: As if you would get it for £60k.
Sean Northrop: Ugh,
carpeted bathroom. The carpet in the living room is just “lovely”, and what’s up with the kitchen just inside the front door?
Mike Walkden:
Everyone should chip in and do it up between the owners
