Put chopped wa­ter­melon, straw­ber­ries, lime juice and mint leaves in a blender. Whizz them up. Serve in a chilled glass. 2 If you dou­ble the amount of drink you make and store half in the fridge, a smoothie should last up to 24 hours be­fore you have to dis­pose of it.

3 Con­sider adding more wa­ter­melon to your diet reg­u­larly. As it is 92% wa­ter and high in the an­tiox­i­dant ly­copene, which helps pre­vent heart dis­ease, it’s a re­fresh­ing and low-calo­rie treat.
