It’s a week since Joe Marler’s book Loose Head (RRP £20, published by Ebury) was released. The cover’s teaser is ‘Confessions of an (un) professional rugby player’ and the Harlequins, England and Lions prop provides a host of tales from both on and off the pitch.
19th
If you’re a women’s rugby coach or player, you should take part in the international survey being carried out by the TBI Research Network to collect data on injuries. The Global Women’s Rugby Survey is available in 11 languages and the hope is that the information garnered will help to make the game safer. This is the final day you can take part in World Rugby’s global fan survey, which is canvassing opinions on the content available to oval-ball supporters. A select group of ‘super fans’ who fill in the survey will then be invited to form a global rugby fan panel to help shape the content the governing body produces.
