AI would look at apps like Strava, Interval Timer and Hudl Technique, writes Rob Anderson, the lead S& C coach for the Scottish Rugby Academy in Caledonia. They’ re free, so there’s no barrier to use. And they are idiot-proof, so anyone can use them easily. Strava measures distance run or cycled and gives split times/run times, so you can assess progress.

Interval Timer allows you to set up a variety of work/rest ratios for different tasks. And Technique allows players to take slow-mo videos for you that you can then draw lines/angles on, and send voice notes and comments back to athletes.
