Entertainment needed

You asked whether rugby needs superstar names to challenge the global market. Stars are not the issue. Rugby union needs to adapt the game to make it more entertaining.

Watching most games, even at the top level, is frustrating. The endless TMOs, replacements and scrum resets on top of the trench warfare defence is painful. For the diehard fan that is cool but not if you want to grow the game globally!
