HOW TO BOOK
BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE
During this particularly difficult time, Gullivers understands you may have reservations about booking one of their bucket list experiences. They have worked hard to maintain their fantastic levels of customer service, ensuring those who purchase packages to cancelled or postponed events are kept updated. Additionally Gullivers have provided Refund Credit Notes to all cancelled events and refund all customers who have requested a refund within the 14-day window.
Gullivers’ Lions packages are no exception. While remaining positive, looking forward to a fantastic Tour, they are committed to providing customers with the most relevant and up-to-date information, responding to government advice and offering a guaranteed refund to customers if the Tour is cancelled.
Here is just a small selection of feedback that has been sent in to Gullivers by previous tourists, during this difficult time…
“I know you must be absolutely swamped but sometimes you learn lots about companies when they deal with huge issues like Covid-19.
“I hope you are all well. I’d have no hesitation in using Gullivers in the future. In fact, I’d be more likely to search you out as a result of your excellent, informed service.”
“Thank you for what is still proving to be an excellent service in what must be a really testing time for your company, when so many others are not so forthcoming. We will definitely be continuing to use Gullivers Travel in the future and I will continue to recommend to all I can.”
“Thank you for your help and assistance. We will certainly be re-booking with Gullivers again after your amazing communication and customer service during this chaotic time.”
