■ JEFF Bridges is back in action and back on form in this eight-part series after suffering from a serious illness recently. He plays Dan Chase, a former CIA agent who’s living a quiet, off-grid life until he finds himself back in the thick of things after an assassination attempt. He has to go on the run as it becomes clear that someone wants him dead but he is, of course, someone you really shouldn’t mess with. John Lithgow co-stars in this gripping thriller.
