A drink elevated by the use of Appleton Rare Blend 12 Years Old

2 parts Appleton Estate Rare Blend 12 Years Old

¼ part honey

½ part lemon juice

Pour the rum, honey and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker that’s been half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well before straining into a coupette cocktail glass.
