WHAT IS FLAVOURED RUM?

Essentially, any category of rum can be flavoured with spices or essences. Rum naturally lends itself to being flavoured with coconut and a number of other fruits. Mint and citrus fruits are also popular. Typically, these rums will form the base of mixed drinks, but if there’s enough flavour and a quality rum base, why not try them as a sipper.
