Rhum Metiss Mojito

Nice and simple, and one for enjoying on warm summer days. Rhum Metiss simply recommends filling a highball glass half with ice, adding 10cl of Menthe – Citron Vert and topping up with sparkling water. Mix and you’re good to go. The sweetness of the rum and citrus and mint notes mean you don’t have to muddle your own as you might in a classic mojito.
