Peter Holland

Peter’s journey started with TheFloatin­gRumShack. com, visiting producers, cramming in masterclas­ses and seminars. Now Peter is a fulltime Sugarcane Spirits ambassador and brand ambassador, writer, consultant, and judge for a number of spirits competitio­ns.

Sam Coyne

Sam is the editor of Rum Magazine, and also specialist titles dedicated to gin and travelreta­il. He also edits the drinks site The Drinks

Report, covering all industry releases, packaging developmen­ts and marketing. Through these roles, he has been well and truly immersed in the world of drinks. A literature graduate, Sam enjoys exploring the histories behind drinks producers.

week period.

guidelines for consistenc­y.
