Peter Holland
Peter’s journey started with TheFloatingRumShack. com, visiting producers, cramming in masterclasses and seminars. Now Peter is a fulltime Sugarcane Spirits ambassador and brand ambassador, writer, consultant, and judge for a number of spirits competitions.
Sam Coyne
Sam is the editor of Rum Magazine, and also specialist titles dedicated to gin and travelretail. He also edits the drinks site The Drinks
Report, covering all industry releases, packaging developments and marketing. Through these roles, he has been well and truly immersed in the world of drinks. A literature graduate, Sam enjoys exploring the histories behind drinks producers.
THE PROCESS
• All samples are blind tasted, with ABV and style
the only information disclosed.
• Samples are tasted individually over a two
week period.
• Tasters are provided tasting and scoring
guidelines for consistency.
