Nose: Bold pot-still vibe is immediately apparent, but quickly reveals pleasing tropical fruit notes. Gentle and refined sugary sweetness.

Palate: Lovely rich, creamy mouthfeel. Oily, sweet vanilla, and gentle soft red berry notes which eventually give way to reveal the heat of an unaged distillate.

Finish: A little hot, peppery and short.

Comments: Lots of character. A well-made, pot still product that feels like it has got a lot to offer from a cocktail point of view.

Sam

Nose: Getting a little bit of a junglenote on the nose. Mango and banana, surrounded with otherwise pleasant vegetal aromas.

Palate: More of the tropical notes first up, reminiscent of foam banana sweets. Creamy mouthfeel with vanilla and little bit of alcohol.

Finish: Sweet, short and to the point. The bananas stick around nicely though.

Comments: Good fruity personality on this one.

Definitely mixable, perhaps in fruit forward cocktails.
