Nose: Rich baked cooking apples, tart pineapple, and gentle notes of tangerine. Cinnamon, delicate cardamom, and lemon peel.
Palate: A lovely rush of sweet, gently spiced, stewed orchard fruits. Nutty.
Finish: Mouth filling, lingering and lasting. Sweet, spicy at the end. Zingy.
Comments: A fabulously engaging rum, complex and very drinkable. Absolutely the sort of thing I love to have in my glass. More please.

Nose: Almond and cherry alongside aromas of peach and apricot; overall, this has a nutty jamminess that puts me in mind of a PB&J sandwich.
Palate: Refined, fruity, and balanced; reminiscent of a VSOP Cognac. The palate develops into genuine wood and bright sugar notes, along with those of dried red fruits.
Finish: Dark chocolate and light but lingering pepper spice.
Comments: A plump, juicy rum that would work well in a Rum Sidecar.
