Nose: Gloriously rich nose packed full of all manner of deliciousness. Spiced baked apples and sultanas, vanilla custard, and demerara sugar.

Palate: Sweet, oily, and mouth-filling. Baking spices, cinnamon, a touch of anise. A warming embrace of oak, and touch of nuttiness.

Finish: Lasting, lingering, satisfying. Warm and spicy at the end.

Comments: This is a fabulously complex rum – big, bold, balanced, desirable, un-put-downable.

Nose: Gentle honey blossom with chamomile and dry, woody notes. It is both complex and also nuanced.

Palate: A great richness is followed up by the woody spiced notes of cassia, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Finish: A residual woodiness with notes of cedar and wintergreen, along with a long, lingering spiciness, notes of pepper, and a little oiliness to it.

Comments: A pleasantly finessed spirit: restrained, but with plenty to explore.
