● FANS of one of popular music’s most towering figures can experience the music of their hero when Macca The Concert: Celebrating The Music Of Paul McCartney comes to The Brindley in Runcorn this October.
The Paul McCartney tribute is heading to the award-winning venue on Sunday, October 29, and stars West End leading man Emanuele Angeletti as the Beatles legend following his appearance in the Let It Be musical about the band.
Show promoters said the concert is the first of its kind to tour the UK and Europe and features top West End performers using state-of-the-art visual media projection throughout while the set list celebrates Sir Paul’s solo career from the 1970s to 2016.
A concert spokesman said: “The performance will include all his best loved hits, the acclaimed Wings Over The World 1975-6 concert tour and a selection of Beatles favourites.
“Experience the drama of Live And Let Die, the pathos of No More Lonely Nights and the nostalgia of Band On The Run alongside many more.”
