STOLEN CLOTHES WORTH HUNDREDS
A WOMAN from Manchester has been ordered to pay £105 after stealing £564 worth of clothes from Marks & Spencer on Widnes Retail Park.
Lorraine Matthews, 53, pleaded guilty to theft at Cheshire Magistrates Court on Friday, June 15. A judge ordered her to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and £20 compensation to Marks & Spencer. Matthews stole 17 items of ladies’ clothing to the value of £564 on Monday, May 28.
