Take the 10 week fitness challenge
THE Vikings Sports Foundation launched its One Community fitness timetable on Monday, September 17, with a number of new sessions available for all ages.
That includes the 10 Week Challenge, which began on Tuesday, October 2 and is aimed at improving physical fitness, fat loss and encouraging healthy eating.
As part of the 10 week cycle, individual measurement will be taken in weeks one, five and 10 to monitor the progress of each participant.
Anyone can join the challenge for just £30, which includes a 10 week membership allowing access to all One Community sessions at no further cost.
Participants must commit to at least two sessions a week as part of the challenge, including the Tuesday evening session running 7-8.30pm.
