Help find Ross

POLICE are asking the public for help in finding a missing 34-year-old man from Widnes.

Ross Neiland, of no fixed address but of Widnes, was last seen around the Mersey Road area at around 12.30pm on April 23.

Ross is white, around 5ft 10in, of a medium build and short light brown hair. He may have facial hair.

Officers are urging anyone who sees Ross or has any informatio­n regarding his whereabout­s to get in touch.

Detective Constable Jordan Trentini said: “A number of enquiries have been under way to find Ross since he was first reported missing in April.

“We had been following every piece of informatio­n in order to track him down but unfortunat­ely we have not been able to.

“Officers have been continuing to search for Ross since he was reported missing but to no avail.

“We are now appealing for the public’s help in finding him and would urge anyone in or around the Widnes area who thinks that they may have seen Ross since he went missing to get in touch with us.

“I would also like to appeal directly to Ross, please contact us to let us know you are safe as your family and friends are worried about you.”
