Inconsistency strikes again for youngsters

THE youthful Runcorn Linnets Under 21s side saw inconsistent form continue in the North West Development League.

They were beaten

2-1 by Premier Division rivals Winstanley Warriors at The APEC Taxis Stadium on Sunday.

After taking the lead with a well-worked goal, mistakes again led to Linnets conceding twice before half-time.

Despite improvement in the second half, the home side didn’t do enough to get something from the game.
