Faces of men issued after ‘touching’ of girl on bus
POLICE investigating an incident in which a teenage girl was “inappropriately touched” on a bus have released a CCTV still of two men they want to speak to.
Cheshire Constabulary said the incident happened at around 5pm on Monday, February 28.
A force spokesman said a girl of 17 was travelling on the No 2 bus from Chester to Runcorn when two unknown men inappropriately touched her.
He said the incident is believed to be isolated and efforts are ongoing to trace the people responsible.
As part of their investigation officers have released a CCTV image of two men they believe could help with their enquiries.

Pimlott, of Runcorn Local Policing Unit, said: “I would like to reassure residents that this is believed to be an isolated incident and we are doing all we can to trace the people responsible. As part of our investigation I am keen to speak to the two men in the CCTV image who may have vital information that could assist us with our enquiries.
“I would ask anyone who may know the identity of the men, or have any further information that could help with the investigation, to please get in touch with us. I would also want to encourage the men in the image to call us directly.”
