While running during pregnancy is generally good for you and your baby, you should stop if you experience any of the following:

1. FEELING FAINT

OR DIZZY 2. PALPITATIO­NS 3. CHEST PAIN 4. BREATHING

PROBLEMS 5. BACK PAIN 6. PAIN IN THE

LOWER PELVIS 7. SEVERE

HEADACHES 8. VAGINAL

BLEEDING 9. CALF PAIN OR

SWELLING 10. UTERUS PAIN 11. LEAKING FLUID FROM VAGINA
