Stand in shorts in front of a mir­ror show­ing your re­flec­tion from at least your waist down­wards, or get some­one to use their smart­phone to video you – ide­ally in slow­mo­tion mode. Hop in place on one foot for 10 sec­onds, then look for the fol­low­ing cues:
