Luckily, the key to futureproofing your skeleton could be in your fridge – specifically in soy-rich foods. That’s according to a study by the University of Missouri. ‘The findings suggest all women might see improved bone strength by adding some soy-based wholefoods, such as tofu and soy milk, to their diet,’ said Pamela Hinton, professor of nutrition and exercise physiology.
