So, I got all excited when I saw the Runner’s Recipes booklet tucked into my magazine, as I always like food ideas. Browse through. Quinoa Burger: ‘A perfect protein hit for those who are gluten intolerant‘. A burger made of quinoa (fair enough)

and tucked into a nice…spelt roll. Er, NO. Spelt can be useful for some individual­s who are intolerant of some types of wheat, but it does contain gluten, and is therefore pretty much the opposite of perfect for ‘those who are gluten intolerant’.
