A POINTED QUESTION

-

I was chuckling while reading The Big Questions by John Carroll (RW, April), when l realised l have an unsolved question. Being a 60-year-old lady who is fighting gravity in the chest area, what do I do about nipples? When turning to speak to others while in running kit, l feel l am pointing a couple of headlights their way. I always wear a good-fitting sports bra; I’ve also tried two tops on top of each other; loose tops that flap around and point like my children’s garden play tent; tight tops that seem to spread the problem into pointed fried eggs; and foam inserts that make my gravity-defying chest look enormous! What do other women do?
