Berry and flaxseed

Makes 6 INGREDIENTS
Batter:
300g wholegrain flour 90g buckwheat flour
3 eggs
375ml full fat milk
Pinch of salt
Filling:
2 tbsp raspberries
2 tbsp blueberries
5g linseeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp mascarpone cheese
MAKE IT
1 Make the batter as before. Then crush the raspberries with a fork and add to the batter with the blueberries, linseeds and a tablespoon of the maple syrup.
2 Add a large scoop of the batter to your pan and cook quickly on both sides. Top with a dollop of mascarpone 3 Slather on the maple syrup and enjoy.
