IN EVERY CRISIS, AN OPPORTUNITY

-

In this time of crisis, at least it’s good that we are allowed to go outside and keep fit (well, we can as I write this). For some of us, it’s a difficult time, with big races postponed that we trained for all winter. I’m turning what is a big negative into a big positive. How? Last year, following a promotion at work, my running mileage took a massive hit. I hardly ran at all and, as a result, my weight increased. Forced to work from home, my routine now sees me getting out of bed early and running six days out of seven. After just three weeks, I’m feeling so much better already. If you’re feeling in the doldrums, don’t. Just get out there and keep on running.
