MAKE THE BEST OF IT
Like everyone else at the moment, my wife and I are self-isolating – but still trying to stay active. For me, it's using my once-a-day outdoor exercise session to keep up with my running and, hopefully, to maintain my fitness for the London Marathon in October. I would have had to defer my Good For Age [70+] place due to injury, but the delay has given me the opportunity to recover my fitness, hopefully in time. My wife recently discovered copies of RW Runner’s Cook Book. The spicy bean stew was really good! So thank you for helping us through these challenging times.
