Lying face down, arms out in front of you in a ‘Superman’ position, lift your left arm and right leg a few inches off the floor for five secs, then swap sides. That’s one rep. Do 2 x 10 reps. Hold for 2-3 secs on each rep. Hold for 10 secs each rep
