DO YOUR HOMEWORK

PICK UP SOCKS
HOW Place a sock on the floor and, standing over it, try to pick it up with your feet. Lift the sock, grab it with your opposite hand, place it on the floor and repeat with the opposite foot. WHY Great for building foot strength and flexibility.
HOW Put the kettle on and try to stand on one leg while it boils. Stand well clear! WHY It’s a great test of balance and core stability. And we all love a brew.
