BACKWARD-TO-FORWARD HOP

Take a big step forward with your left foot (1). Repeatedly bounce from your back foot to your front foot and back again (2). Keep it rhythmical. Absorb the impact and drive of each leg in a controlled manner. Ensure you maintain alignment of your front knee over the foot on the landing and keep your feet pointing forward. Change your lead leg when you complete your reps.
