Jo’s tip: Exercise as a family

It’s been a good time to enjoy quality time as a family by working out together. I’ve enjoyed doing more kid-type exercise and it’s made me feel a little younger, which is helpful at this stage of my career! We have tried lots of different activity challenges and games, as well as shuttle running and easy drills. We made a ladder out of bamboo cane for tougher drills. But it’s also been great to simply have fun playing tag. And I’ve enjoyed lots of trampolini­ng in the back garden. By exercising in whatever way possible, we can also be good role models to our kids.
