Q. What is your favourite homeworkout move?
A. The brush and balance. While brushing your teeth, stand on one foot for a minute, then change to the other foot for a further minute. (If, at any point, you find you are on neither foot, you are jumping: never jump while you have a toothbrush in your mouth). This exercise will work your core, improve your balance and, if you are a man, prove you can do two things at once. If you are a woman, you will simply shrug, which is three things.
