Knee strike

-

If you are unable to use your hands or elbows when you are attacked – for example, if someone grabs you tight from the front – knee them in the lower body. ‘Aim for the attacker’s groin or inner thigh,’ says Morrill. ‘Runners have strong legs, so using knees can be very effective.’ Kick without extending your leg, and aim with the top of the knee.
