3 FUN GROUP WORKOUTS TO TRY, NOW THAT WE CAN…

RELAY

2+ people – One person or a group runs; other/s rest. Try 10-15 mins of 30 secs of hard efforts, with 30-sec breaks. Or, on a track, 10-20 mins of 1-2 mins hard with 1-2 mins recovery in between.

FALLOUT

3+ people – All 3+ run first effort; then, one drops off. So, 3 run first 400m, 2 run the second 400m and 1 runs the final 400m. After 30-60 secs rec, go again; 3-5 times in all. Ideal for mixed-ability groups.

BACK TO FRONT

Three or more people run in single file; the person at the back surges to the front and, as soon as they arrive, the person now at the back follows suit. This is a great way to build stamina.
