Do three sets of eight reps

SPLIT SQUAT With a dumbbell in each hand, take a big step forward. With your back straight, lower down until your back knee is close to the floor. Push back up.

GOBLET SQUAT With feet wider than shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell by the horns, squat low. Push up through the heels to return to the start position.
