South Lanarkshire Council have received the following planning applications:

John Batchelor, 40 Buchanan Drive, Rutherglen, removal of existing single storey extension and erection of conservatory to rear of dwelling.

Jamie McFarlane, 44 Neilvaig Drive, Rutherglen, erection of single storey rear extension.

Healthy‘n’Happy Community Development Trust, 18 Farmeloan Road, Rutherglen, formation of a new south facing rooflight and installation of ground mounted external heat recovery unit (within housing) on east elevation.

Brian Reid, 16 Cadzow Drive, Cambuslang, erection of single storey rear extension and alteration to existing rear dormer.

Michael Ross, 10 Huntly Drive, Cambuslang, removal of existing conservatory and erection of sunroom (Certificate of Lawfulness - Proposed).

The following planning applications, lodged with South Lanarkshire Council, have been approved:

Stephen di Paola, Newton Arms, 22 Newton Brae, Cambuslang, for the formation of beer garden and associated fencing.

Christine Pepper, High Flyers, 9 Hallside Road, Cambuslang, section 42 application to vary condition one of CR/13/0022 to amend the hours of use of the outdoor play areas of the nnursery to 9.30-11am and 2.30-5pm, Monday to Friday, between the months of April and September inclusive. Steven Crockwell, 399 Kingsbridge Drive, Rutherglen, for the erection of one and a half storey side extension and formation of rear dormer.
