Holly, jolly time at Burnside

Rutherglen Reformer - - News From The Pews -

Burnside Primary pupils had a fun festive time.

They held various shows just before the Christmas break.

First up was Holly Days where various youngsters, all cheerfully attired in their festive jumpers and outfits, sang a selection of popular Christmas tunes for family members.

Then there was the traditional Nativity performance, which this year was handled by the school’s Primary 3 pupils.

They did a brilliant job, with parents, relatives and staff all cheering them on, as they told the story of the birth of the baby Jesus.

The role of Mary was played by Nina Lamont and the part of Joseph was played by Lucas Lindsay.
