Name: Scott Durnion.

Scooter club & town: Motherwell, Lambretta Club Scotland, Square & Compasses, MD20202 and Mad Monks.

First interest in scooters: Around 1983, brother was a Mod with a scooter, and all local Mods/scooterists etc.

First scooter: Suzuki CS50 (a hand-medown) then Vespa smallframe.

Favourite scooter model: Eibar S2 (love Spanish).

First ever rally: Morecambe.

How did you get there: Brand new PX200efl.

Any funny stories: I was at Kelso on my Cambridge Lambretta ultimate Mugello, an old scooterist from the early 80s I knew who had just came back to the scene basically slated how the GP looked and gave advice on how it could look better. I asked him what he was riding, he said come see… I followed him to his tent while he was saying it's the best scooter ever, some power, handles well. He proceeded to show me his AJS Modena, I was dumbstruck.

Furthest you’ve ever ridden on a scooter: To IoW from Scotland.

What do you like about rallies: Meeting up with friends and sharing a few beers.

What do you dislike about rallies: Overpricing and the toilets (and who the hell is it that wipes their shite on the wall? Own up now! Dirty basa).

Favourite custom scooter of all time: Mercury rally 200.

Your most recommended scooter part or related item: Good tyres.

Your most recommended scooter security item: A big hammer.

Which insurer do you recommend: Motorcycle Direct.

What would make the scene better: Less bickering (and less shite on toilet walls?)

What would make our beloved scooters better: Fewer negative Facebook keyboard warriors.

Favourite scooter dealer: MB and Anthony Tambs.
