Porting work by: Michael Zocher. Haven’t been on the dyno yet. But he’ll be on the roll with the guys from Savers Garage (Phil S + Marcel B).

What’s it like to ride?: The scooter is just finished and the weather is bad. So I don’t know, but I hope it’s a rocket.

FRAME SPEC

Paintwork & murals by: Z-Design. Customising by: Michael Zinnen. Powder coating by: Michael Zocher. Seat by: Streamline Seats.

Are there are any specialised parts: The ignition vape/overrev. Looking forward to checking it out.

Are there any other unique details we have missed?: The tank in the spare wheel was an IKEA salad bowl in the old life.

What was the hardest part of the project: The paintwork, because I had to do it twice. The first paint job was completely finished with the base coat and the airbrush. The only thing missing was the clear coat. Unfortunately, I used two paints that did not get along with each other and destroyed each other. In retrospect, you are wiser and you could have saved yourself a lot of money by using a sample.

Do you have any advice or tech tips for anyone starting a project: It is very important that you build the complete project in dry build. So you can see if everything fits.

Is there anything still to add to the scoot: Not for me…

In hindsight, is there anything you would have done differently: I’m happy to finish this project. And sometimes it was really hard. But I would do it again exactly the same way if such a result is the result.

Is there anyone you wish to thank:
