Complaints trickle

CUSTOMERS’ problems with water companies in England and Wales have fallen for the fifth year in a row.

However, the Consumer Council for Water is concerned that water firms are still not doing enough to improve their customer service.

Billing and charges are the biggest area of concern, accounting for more than half of the 150,942 written complaints made in the year to March 2013.
