CONMEN are duping desperate jobhunters into racking up huge phone bills on premium rate lines.

Fraudsters are putting 070 numbers on fake internet adverts for houses and jobs. Victims call thinking they are ringing a mobile, but their call costs over 50p a minute, plus network costs.
